I know I’m going to reach for it a bunch. Anastasia Beverly Hills Riviera Eye Shadow Palette is an essential. I think this palette is limited edition, but I hope they change that and keep this palette around longer as I can see this being a staple for a lot of people.

Hell yeah! I really enjoy this one plus unlike other Anastasia Beverly Hills it’s got a lot of pops of colors to create a variety of looks. It’s all about the glossy lips right now, so it does feel strange to go down the whole lip stain trend, but perhaps a lip stain trend is on the cards for fall/autumn, with the Victoria Beckham Beauty Cherie Lip Stain recently launching. Meaning they may contain Lake Dyes not approved by the FDA for the eye area due to staining. Credit: ABH It kinda feels like a throwback to when the Revlon Just Bitten Balm Stains were popular in 2012. Some of the mattes (Bahamas, Cannes, and Palm) are pressed pigments. Like most ABH palettes, the mattes are powdery so there is a good amount of kickback in the pan but there’s barely any fallout on the cheeks while applying them.
And the metallic shades are loosely pressed so they are opaque right away, but I would still recommend to use a wet brush or fingertip for best application. The shades are pigmented, blendable, and long-wearing.
The Riviera palette is very similar to the other palettes by Anastasia Beverly Hills. The Anastasia liquid lipstick features a double-sided flat applicator with a rounded tip that distributes the perfect amount of product for precise lip color application that lasts all day. I also have on ColourPop BFF Liquid Liner in Crzy for the winged liner. Featuring ultra-saturated pigment in a comfortable matte formula, this liquid lipstick delivers full-coverage wear and creates the appearance of fuller lips. For the second look, I used the shades Estate, Sails, Coastline, Bahamas, Monte Carlo, Cannes, Inheritance, Mediterranean, Palermo, and Seaside to create this look.
